1. Acceptance and scope

By using the site, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use it. The site is a public information and contact interface for Taghreed Medical Center in Taif.

2. Not a diagnosis or emergency service

Content is general and informational. It is not a diagnosis, prescription or personal medical opinion and does not replace an examination. The website and WhatsApp are not emergency channels. For an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or go to the nearest emergency facility.

3. Appointments and service availability

Preparing or sending a WhatsApp message does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after the reception team responds. Times, prices, clinicians and services may change. Any medical service remains subject to in-person assessment, informed consent and applicable requirements.

We work to keep information accurate, but material based on public posts can change. Confirm important details with the center before making a decision.

4. Acceptable use

You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, send harmful or misleading content, impersonate another person, scrape the site in a way that harms the service, or use it unlawfully. Do not send sensitive health data in an initial booking message.

5. Third-party links and intellectual property

WhatsApp, Google Maps, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook links are governed by those providers’ terms. We do not control their availability or practices. Text, design, identity and center-owned media are protected by applicable rights; using the site does not grant a license to exploit them.

6. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, the center is not liable for harm caused by relying on informational content instead of medical advice, a third-party outage, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi authorities and courts have jurisdiction under applicable rules. We may update these terms; continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated version.
